Melody Reynolds began painting when she was 15 and has been passionate about it ever since.  She studied at St Martins where she developed an immediately recognisable style with her bold use of colour and dynamic composition.  Her figurative work is highly expressive – often acting as a visual diary in which she captures relationships and raw emotion.

Melody has held a number of highly successful exhibitions through which she has sold over 50 paintings – gathering an impressive number of collectors.  She has been commissioned to do portraits, urban landscapes and even to transform a bathroom into a jungle!

Melody is an original, and her paintings combine truth with an intriguing other worldliness.  She uses both oils and acrylics to express her highly individual way of seeing and feeling things with an extraordinary strength and energy.
